Unanswered question

I am being asked to validate my login but the screen is freezing and I can’t get into the app

Issue with the app. I’ve had to delet and download the app again as it was freezing. I have reentered my ID & password and I’m now being presented with a screen asking me to enter my login and validate. I’m entering the same login but the validate button is doing nothing and the app is freezing again
