Connexoon RTS - Tahoma - Login Issues

I own a number of RTS windows blinds and the Connexoon RTS hub. Recently I get intermittent login issues when either 1) trying to login to MyTahoma app or 2) by trying to change the ambient modes on the Connexoon RTS app. Usually either I get app crashing and/or login screen with "incorrect details". I am attemting to login to MyTahoma (which I have done in the past even the fact I don't own a tahoma hub) as it is the only way to access routines that inevitably connect to IFTTT and the amazon alexa skill.
