My tahoma unit had been working perfectly until it suddenly turned red

Hi there. My tahoma unit had been working perfectly until it suddenly turned red. No amount of troubleshooting has been able to solve it. Tried replacing Ethernet cable, resetting, removing firewall temporarily, nothing seems to be able to get it back online. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks
