How do I resolve a password problem when setting up my tahoma?

I’m trying to set up a tahoma using the tahoma app on my iPad Pro on iOS 11.4.
It accepted the pin, but on entering passwords, it keeps saying passwords don’t match, even when I selected suggested password and it input the passwords automatically. Is this a known problem?

Hi Mike,

I checked the details you gave me and I can't see an account has been created yet.

Have you followed the activation through on somfy-connect.com?

TaHoma activation and configuration can only be completed through a web browser, so it will not work if you are trying to use the app to activate your TaHoma for the first time.
