There are several means of checking if your alarm system is compatible with the smartphone app.

-  Check using the IP version:

firmware versions from version 7.0 and above are compatible with the smartphone app. You can find this version in the “Interface settings” menu of the computer interface of your alarm system in the installer account.

-  Check using the central unit/transmitter:

You can check if the alarm system is compatible with the smartphone app by opening the central unit/transmitter. If you can see two cards with the components inside your central unit/transmitter, your alarm system is not compatible;if, on the other hand, you can see several different modules faced in different colours, the alarm system is compatible.
