For connection problems encountered with your TaHoma box, please try the following procedure:

If the LEDs are red (or @ red for the early versions of the box):
1- Check the connection LEDs (orange and green) at the ethernet cable input and output.
2- Try replacing the ethernet cable.
3- Try disconnecting then reconnecting the TaHoma box.
4- Access the settings of your ADSL box to lower the firewall temporarily; if the LEDs turn white (@ green), check your firewall setting.

If this has no effect:

Force the update using the following procedure:
1- Disconnect the power supply from the box for 5 sec.
2- Press RST using a paper clip,
3- While continuing to press RST, reconnect the power supply,
4- When the LEDs (or @) flash red, release RST.
The box will try to synchronise with the server; wait between 2 and 15 minutes for the LEDs to be lit white (@ turns green) constantly.
Avoid DISCONNECTING the box during the synchronisation process.
